Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and one year of experience.
2. Experience working in college or university residential life or student affairs (student or professional).
3. Demonstrated commitment to equitable experiences for our residential students.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to support students through conflict, transition, and community expectations.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
Preferred Qualifications
6. Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field.
7. One or more years of full-time professional experience in residential life or related student support areas.
8. Experience supervising student employees.
9. Experience with student conduct processes, conflict resolution, or educational interventions.
10. Familiarity with housing management systems (e.g., eRezLife).
11. Experience with program design and implementation, budget management, or assessment.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $48,000 - $55,000; depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 100%Appointment, 12 month
