We are currently seeking talented Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in Darlington. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping our customers stay legally compliant to be on the road supporting with important services such as MOTs and vehicle servicing.
As a valued member of our team, you will share our departmental values and work collaboratively to achieve our KPIs. With an appetite for learning, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a positive outlook, you will take ownership and provide solutions to a wide variety of customer requests.
This is an outbound customer service position, where a key attribute for success in this role is the ability to effectively manage customer requests and provide a high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. By keeping our customers at the forefront of every transaction, you will strive for a one-touch resolution, reinforcing our culture of people talking to people.

Salary - £23,874.98
