What You’ll Do
You’lllead the operational heart of our Brand Protectionteam -working closely with theHead of Operations,CEO,andManagement Team, to ensure the efficient and effective running ofBPactivitiesacross the Companyto deliver value to clients and customersandsupporting the continued growth of the business.
Management and Operational Leadership
* Deliver team activities to achievetargetedGM %
* Ensure seamless delivery across all client tasks,managing theday to dayoperationsas the main point of contact for the Brand Protection team
* Support business activities as outlined by the CEO
* Review and oversee all work delivered to clients
* Troubleshoot escalations and strengthen long‑term relationships
* Supportupsellopportunities and retention strategies to maximise client value
Tech & Product Collaboration
* Work directly with the Tech team to enhance oursoftwareand influence the product roadmap
* Support the identification of new opportunities within emerging platforms
Growth & Onboarding
* Key contact forsales teamwhenonboarding new clients,ensuring clear understanding of the scope of work and providing feedback on supporting IP documentationrequired
* Collaborate with Sales andCFOto ensure offerings meet target margins
* Mentor,trainand develop our talented, international BrandProtectionteam
* Manage workloads, standards, communication, holiday planning, and performance
* Recruit and onboard new team members asSnapDragongrows
About You
You'reanexperiencedbrand protection professional with:
* A strong background in online enforcement, IP protection, or similar fields
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communicationskills
* A proactive, organised approach andcomfortablemulti‑tasking at pace
* Experience managing or mentoring a team (distributed or international is anadvantage)
* High standards, reliability, and a passion forexcellentclient service
