The Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a variety of construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages
* Act as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
* Develop and maintain project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
* Monitor project progress and manage performance to ensure key milestones are met
* Produce clear and concise project reports for stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, contract terms, and health & safety requirements
About You – Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side role
* Background in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
* Excellent understanding of project management tools and methodologies
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership is desirable
* A proactive and solution-focused approach with attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South West
