Randstad Education is searching for an exceptional Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant network of schools across Liverpool. This isnt just a job; its a profound opportunity to shape lives, unlock potential, and guide students towards a brighter future.
Responsibilities:
* Provide crucial 1:1 and small:group support to students navigating a spectrum of challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Youll be their consistent point of contact, helping them develop emotional regulation and positive coping mechanisms.
* Work hand:in:hand with dedicated class teachers to implement bespoke behaviour support plans.
* Become an integral part of a supportive school community, contributing to a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion for all.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months of recent experience working with children or young people in a UK school setting, especially those with behaviour management needs (references essential).
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to obtaining one).
* A comprehensive CV that tells your unique story and highlights your relevant experience.
* The legal right to work in the UK.
* Full availability, Monday to Friday : because consistency is key to their success.
