As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Commercial Department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Commercial department inbox and correspondence
* Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records
* Review and process applications for payment
* Perform data entry and assist with general administrative duties
About You:
* Strong IT skills are essential (Excel, Word, and general system proficiency)
* Experience using Eque2 software is advantageous, but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
