I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Candidate Engagement role within a national training provider that delivers Skills Bootcamps, AEB-funded programmes, and apprenticeships across digital, tech, and professional services.
This provider is well-established with an impressive learner reach and a strong reputation for supporting individuals into sustainable careers while helping businesses bridge skills gaps. With ambitious growth plans, they’re now expanding their candidate engagement function and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and genuinely care about learner outcomes.

You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting prospective learners to the right programme – whether that’s via proactive resourcing, managing inbound leads, running webinars, or offering 1:1 career advice and guidance. The role is KPI-driven, but the focus is always on candidate experience and outcomes.
💼 Key Responsibilities:

* Screen applicants for eligibility and suitability to enrol onto funded training programmes
* Maintain and build relationships with referral partners and external organisations
* Source candidates proactively through job boards and resourcing platforms
* Support learners through onboarding and throughout their programme
* Track pipeline and progress using CRM systems
* Liaise with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment on messaging and learner experience
* Deliver against monthly KPIs and contribute to team targets
✅ What you’ll need:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and structured processes
* Motivated, personable and solutions-focused with a learner-first mindset
* Previous experience in candidate engagement, sales or resourcing
* Confidence in presenting and delivering online sessions
* Experience within employability, education, or training is highly desirable
This role would suit someone from a resourcing, employability, or training background who enjoys fast-paced environments and making a difference to people's lives.
