Job Summary
This position as Learning Administrator, provides learning administration, learning delivery, logistics support and learner support for a client in Brazil.
Activities:
* Conduct and coordinate quarterly training programs with Learning Campus.
* Manage training confirmations, cancellations, and logistics for participants.
* Handle financial tasks like processing expenses, supplier contracts, and reports.
* Oversee corporate communication and promotion of training initiatives.
* Provide audit-related information and compliance reports for client divisions.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for trainers and attendees.
* Archive training records and issue certificates in collaboration with suppliers.
* Organize onsite event logistics, including materials, catering, and billing.
* Administer surveys, analyze results, and implement necessary improvements.
* Maintain and update databases for leadership training programs.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in training area.
* English high intermediate / advanced.
* Experience in LMS platform management.
