We’re Hiring | Part-Time Business Development Manager | Horsham / Hybrid
HFI Consulting Services is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing team in an entry-level business development role within the technology sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in consultative IT sales and technology services while working closely with experienced industry professionals.
About the Role:
You’ll support new business activity across a range of IT services and cybersecurity solutions, helping to generate opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers. The role will initially be part-time on a fixed-term contract basis, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify prospective customers
* Support outbound business development campaigns
* Engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Help qualify sales opportunities and book meetings
* Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
* Learn about IT services, cybersecurity, and consultative sales approaches
Qualifications
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Self-motivated and organised
* Confidence speaking with people professionally
* Interest in technology and business
* Ability to work from Horsham a couple of days per week, certainly to begin with
* Previous sales or IT experience is not essential. We’re more interested in attitude, work ethic, and potential.
