The Food Services Trading Manager will look after the Food Counters, Bakery and Customer Café, this is a big role, its all about how you manage and motivate your team to deliver the standards and delight your customers every day!!
Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in managing a medium sized diverse team in a hospitality, leisure or retail environment
* Ability to lead and work pro-actively within a team
* High degree of customer focus/ responsiveness
The Role – Key Responsibilities
* Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diverse individuals
* Ensure all staff are multi-skilled / tasked to complete a wide range of duties within the store
* Ensure all staff have knowledge of products and services within the whole store
* Understand customers, anticipating their needs, setting ' best in class' standards of service
* Ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet customer expectations for the whole store
* Manage stock availability and waste
* Driving customer service standards to achieve sales and exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Identifying the potential and managing staff development and supporting staff to achieve their potential
