Responsible for coordinating and completing engineering and start-up aspects of projects while meeting HSSE, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Ensures technical excellence across all disciplines, contributing through:
* Driving technical assurance on assigned scope(s)
* Managing and supporting engineering teams
* Managing key stakeholder relationships
* Developing and retaining motivated personnel
* Undertaking process ownership
* Driving safety by design and innovation

Responsibilities
* Promote and ensure compliance with procedures
* Assist incident investigations
* Monitor standards and process compliance

* Manage project engineering content and resources
* Negotiate with clients and review technical concepts

Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred
* Chartered Engineer or equivalent
Experience and Skills
* Progressive engineering experience with supervisory roles
* Broad technical knowledge and management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry developments
* Strong project management, dispute resolution, and financial awareness
