Are you a CNC Setter / Operator looking for a varied, collaborative opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a global presence? The company specializes in the manufacture of precision components for major industries including Automotive and Aerospace. They have recently established UK operations with numerous factories in development, and are looking for a new CNC Machinist to help with the growth of one such factory.
Role
* Setting and operating a variety of bespoke 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes
* Producing specialist components for automation and associated projects
* Being one of the go-to machinists in a new factory and training junior team members
* Operating in a standard 40‑hour week with extra hours and opportunities for progression
* Receiving equity as part of the compensation package
Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes
* Produce specialist components to tight specifications
* Train and mentor junior operatives
* Collaborate closely with the workshop team
* Maintain high safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a CNC Setter / Operator or similar role
* Proficiency in programming and operating 5‑axis machines
* Ability to train junior staff
* Willingness to join a fast‑growing business based in Southwark
