About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive QHSE Coordinator to join our Assurance and Process Excellence (APEX) team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across multiple sites.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and internal audit programmes
* Manage audit outputs, corrective actions, and maintain accurate records
* Administer document management systems and compliance reporting
* Support training programmes, safety communications, and Net Zero initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to ISO certification enhancements
* Act as a point of contact for health and safety queries and promote a positive safety culture
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
* Experience in Health & Safety coordination or administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
* Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
* Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
