What you'll be doing:
1. Act as an expert adviser, using your lived experience to help shape local reform work.
2. Lead consultation and engagement activities with care‑experienced children and young people.
3. Co‑produce service design and workforce development with professionals.
4. Help produce impactful reports, presentations and briefings.
5. Build strong relationships with partners.
6. Support safe, inclusive spaces for young people to share experiences.
Who we are looking for:
7. You are care experienced.
8. You can build positive, professional relationships.
9. You feel comfortable sharing your experiences on your own terms.
10. You have experience in participation, advocacy, youth voice or advisory work.
11. You can use IT confidently.
12. You can travel across East Riding when needed.
