What You'll Own You'll take the lead on our Connected Customer strategy, unifying Customer Services and our Customer App into one powerful ecosystem. You'll also shape the future of our Premium business customer experience, unlocking new value and driving growth. Working at the intersection of Operations, Technology, and Commercial, you'll become the go-to expert in your space, connecting dots others don't even see yet. And most importantly, you'll be deeply plugged into our customers. You'll spend time understanding their world, what they love, what frustrates them, what they wish existed.
