More about your role
You'll work with a team of analysts to ensure asset data is used effectively to provide clear insights, integrating it with other data like health and safety, customer, and energy information. You'll collaborate with the data team to assess the quality and completeness of asset data, ensuring confidence in all reporting. You'll produce performance indicators and management information to drive interventions and recommendations, ensuring asset data is understood and available for reports like the condition of homes. You'll support the Long-Term Asset Management Plan (LTAMP), aligning it with business plans and budgets, and monitor data from smart devices to identify risks and recommend actions. You'll also use external data to enhance asset performance understanding and review alternate data sources like HHSRS and Healthy Homes Forms to improve investments and customer experience. Your insights will help guide better decision-making for efficiency, long-term investment, and overall customer experience.

Essential Criteria
Proven experience in data cleansing and analysis to support business planning and operational improvements.
Strong understanding of data management principles and developing insights from data of varying quality.
Experience using diverse data sources to create a unified view and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
To be considered for this role you will need to be within a commutable distance of Leeds.

Experience using complex data sources to create a unified version of the truth and provide actionable recommendations for leadership is essential. You should also be skilled at communicating complex information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, both in writing and verbally.
Preferred skills include experience with Asset Management databases and repair systems to produce clear analysis and support decision-making, as well as experience in managing statutory and regulatory reporting requirements in a complex environment.
