Field Services Operative - Permanent Position

On behalf of our successful client, a leading name in the utilities and infrastructure sector, we are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Field Services Technician to join their growing team. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, with opportunities to cross-train and up skill across a variety of operational tasks.
**Please note: A driving licence with your own transport is essential to get to site.
Key Responsibilities
Thermal Servicing Procedures: Performing heat-based servicing processes on field equipment to maintain optimal performance
Equipment Monitoring: Observing and reporting on equipment functionality, identifying and escalating any irregularities
Team Collaboration: Working alongside technicians and engineers to ensure high operational standards
Health & Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs and documentation of all work carried outCandidate Profile
HGV Class 2 Licence - Desirable
Experience in a utilities, infrastructure, or similar hands-on role is advantageous
Basic mechanical or technical understanding of tools and machinery
Construction/ outdoor on site background
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Awareness of health and safety practices in operational environmentsWorking Environment
Outdoor-based role with physical lifting and manual handling
Full PPE provided - fire retardant work-wear, safety boots, hard hat
Full-time hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayBenefits Package
