Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor
EcoSure, a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is expanding globally. We are seeking a Brand Standard Auditor based in Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds, UK.
Our specialists are safety experts trusted by clients in the food service and hospitality industry. The role involves providing on-site evaluations and training to help clients maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. These programs assist clients in meeting quality standards through evaluations and tailored training.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations.
2. Consult, coach, and train clients on food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
3. Coach and calibrate independent contractors.
4. Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client challenges.
5. Perform a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
6. Utilize industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information.
7. Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication with customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
2. Food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, NEHA credentials) preferred.
3. Experience in retail food safety and brand standards review.
4. Teaching or coaching experience in food-related fields.
5. Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
6. Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make sound decisions.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
2. Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality, or relevant industry experience.
3. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the UK/Ireland with overnight stays.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. No immigration sponsorship available.
