We have an exciting opportunity within our Learning Alliance department for an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Alliance Co-ordinator.
About the role:
You will join on a part-time, permanent basis (25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year).
The successful incumbent will design, maintain, and deliver a range of educational programmes for students within the WCLA and the wider community of local secondary schools. These programmes may include residential courses, workshops, activity days, and conferences.

Key responsibilities:
* Support, identify with, and be empathetic to the purpose of the WCLA and its role in supporting its Alliance Schools and the wider community.
* Manage the Student Alliance and Wheeler Programme database to promote the activities of the WCSA.
* Maintain up-to-date information regarding the Wheeler Students.
* Assist with booking venues, suppliers, staffing, budgets, and marketing for Student Alliance events.
Person Specification:
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience working within an educational setting and/or with pupils.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience in organizing Events and Conferences.
* Experience working in highly organized environments.
