Design Consultant

Remote however your client base will be in North England
Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm however this can be flexible
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus quarterly company bonus

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Design Consultant to join an established technology business on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
* Lead design projects independently, through RIBA stage 2-4
* Oversee project design, ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Lead client meetings and ensure collaborative engagement with the end-user and provide confidence to the contractor
* Lead ISO 19650 standards
* Provide guidance and support to junior designers on assigned projects
* Maintain commercial awareness, making informed design decisions based on cost implications
* Ensure efficient project delivery within the agreed consultancy fee structure
* Proactively manage project communications, ensuring clients remain informed and engaged
* Manage resource allocation on projects and oversee project plans
* Ensure compliance with design standards and client requirements
Key requirements:
* Ideally you will experience in FFE design and project leadership
* Experience of design with the construction element and knowledge of RIBA and BIM
* Strong client management and presentation skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
