This multi-disciplinary chartered construction company have had massive success in the industry, doubling their turnover year-on-year. They cover construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for public and private sector clients. The business has a dynamic and inclusive culture that encourages support, training, and development across all areas. Due to their growing order book, they are looking to bring a Regional Supervisor into the business to primarily work HMP projects & help support the next growth phase.
The Regional Supervisor will manage multiple construction sites within secure facilities such as HM Prisons, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery. They will lead site teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure adherence to strict security protocols. The role involves hands-on supervision, health and safety management, project reporting, and supporting staff across several locations.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supervising refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works projects, with strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of RAMS and site protocols. A full driving licence, computer literacy, and eligibility for E1/E2/CTC vetting are essential.

The Role:
1. Oversee daily operations across multiple secure sites, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
2. Manage health & safety protocols, site inductions, and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Track project progress, report updates, and coordinate using management tools.
4. Lead site teams, mentor staff, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The Person:
6. Proven experience in supervising refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works projects
7. Willing to work in a prison environment
8. Strong leadership, communication skills, and understanding of RAMS and site protocols
9. Computer-literate with proficiency in project management tools
10. Full driving licence and eligibility for E1/E2/CTC vetting required
