You will handle an interesting caseload in a supportive team environment with attractive benefits. Your role involves delivering exceptional service to clients by managing a diverse range of residential property transactions, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
* Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing.
* Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases.
* Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions.
* Represent clients' best interests throughout the process.
* Develop relationships with established agents and lenders.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ+), Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Experience managing your own residential property caseload.
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative working ability.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and successful outcomes.
