Lloyd West Cumbria - Apprentice Service Advisor

Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to kick start your career working with one of the most prestigious automotive brands.

This apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, and you will be supported at every step of the way. Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.

The Role:

* Handle inbound inquiries professionally and courteously for the Aftersales Department.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate services.
* Create workshop bookings for servicing and repairs via phone and email.
* Prepare daily job cards for workshop visits, ensuring all details are accurate, including recalls, service packages, and warranties.
* Upload appointment information to the department platform and archive job cards after visits.
* Promote and identify service plans for both new and existing customers as a retention tool.
* Use manufacturer data to find new service booking opportunities, sending digital communications and making outbound calls.
* Identify new opportunities for customers using the BMW/MINI Assist program, ensuring a seamless experience while their car is being repaired
* Capture any accident repair inquiries and forward them to the appropriate department

Applicants must possess the following:

* GCSE grades level 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
* Team player
* Dependable and punctual
* Ability to operate well under pressure

The Training:

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service

Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.

The Ideal Candidate:

GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)

Team player

Dependable and punctual

Ability to operate well under pressure
