At Care UK's Bailey Lodge in Saffron Walden, providing the highest standard of care for residents will be at the heart of what we do. The Role
* Leading the team in their role and required duties
* Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
* Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
* Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
* Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
* Attend resident/relative meetings
