We are looking for a Operations Manager, you will be supporting the Head of Operations with the growth and day-to-day operations of Castlegate, with a key focus on systems management, data analysis and the completion of special projects in line with the strategic business plan.
The Ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of Operations to fulfil key objectives in support of Castlegate's strategic business plan, including:
* Assisting the growth of Castlegate's professional referral network, including lead processing and efficiency, prospect allocation, marketing and communications support, and related data analysis.
* Supporting the continued rollout of a new investment and back-office platform, including understanding and reviewing processes, assisting with bulk communications, providing team member and client support, and completing related administration.
* Conducting analysis and related administration to support key business decisions, ranging from improvements to day-to-day processing and timescales, to an ongoing review into Castlegate’s investment management approach.
Also,
* Providing line management to team members providing back-office and reception support, including regular performance reviews in line with our Talent Management Programme, capacity and resource allocation, recruitment, annual leave and sickness, grievances, and monitoring support arrangements.
* Working closely with other members of the Operations Board to collaborate on projects and initiatives in support of Castlegate's growth.
* Support with action points arising from Castlegate's various committees, including the Management Board, Operations Board, Investment Committee, Adviser Committee and Marketing Committee.
* Conducting ongoing data analysis, utilising both the Intelliflo system and future back-office systems, to support KPI dashboards, regulatory returns, regular Management Board reporting and ad-hoc information requests.
* Supporting the induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Supporting Castlegate's IT arrangements and related administration, together with hardware and software analysis.
* Ad-hoc administration to support the Head of Operations and wider team as appropriate.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask
* Comfort working with multiple groups within business
