Customer Service Administrator - HU2 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour Type: ON-GOING Location: HU2 About the Role: We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team handling customer consumable orders. You'll communicate with both new and existing customers via phone and email, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently, accurately, and with a supportive approach. What You'll Be Doing: Responding to customer calls and emails regarding consumable orders Identifying the purpose of each contact and providing the best possible resolution Logging and documenting every interaction in the internal system Giving clear, precise information while maintaining an empathetic and professional manner Ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Delivering an excellent customer experienceWhat We're Looking For: Confident communicator (phone & email) Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple enquiries Someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems Previous customer service experience is beneficialAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
