We’re looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to join our Project Management Team. This is an entry level role designed for someone interested in pursuing a career in Project Management. You do not need previous project management experience – we are looking for the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn. You will gain hands on experience across the full project lifecycle and have the opportunity to develop into a project manager over time. Assist the Project Management team with day-to-day project administration. Support customer service interactions, including confirming choices and providing project information. Record and update project information following handovers. Help with project “Sign off” paperwork and documentation. Make adjustments to drawings following surveys. Follow up on customer sign offs (e.g. colour choices) Work with designers and project managers to implement small design updates or suggestions Assist with quality control checks prior to dispatch Occasionally travel to project sites as needed Develop a strong product and project knowledge Organised, proactive and detail oriented Personable with strong communication skills Comfortable using IT systems and office software Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable but not essential Interest in interior design, furniture or project management Enthusiastic to learn and grow within the project management team Full driving license (occasional travel required) In return, we offer a competitive salary starting from £27,000 per annum (based on experience), and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals.
