Demonstration Driver
Location: UK – Nationwide Travel
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £33,000 + overtime
Interaction Recruitment are supporting out client in the search for a Demonstration Driver to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a customer-facing role involving the demonstration of high-value capital equipment, delivery of operator training, and close collaboration with the sales and service teams. The role requires regular travel and overnight stays, typically several days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional driver and operator training at customer sites and at the client’s headquarters, ensuring health, safety, and best-practice standards are met
Demonstrate a range of specialist equipment, including sweepers, spreaders, and other machinery, clearly showcasing features, benefits, and capabilities
Transport demonstration equipment to customer premises and support on-site demonstrations with customer employees
Work closely with the sales and service teams to support customer requirements and tailor demonstrations where required
Explain equipment features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers in a clear and confident manner
Assist with customer training following the delivery of new vehicles
Deliver new machines to customers when required
Always represent the client to a high professional and corporate standard
Work independently, using initiative to resolve issues as they arise
Manage time effectively to ensure compliance with UK driving hours legislation
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training

Skills, Experience & Qualifications we are looking for:
HGV driving licence
Knowledge of UK driving hours regulations
Experience working with high-value capital equipment (desirable)
Good standard of general education, including English and Maths
Strong time management skills
Professional personal presentation
