We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Facilitator x 2 to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) programs to participants in a face-to-face environment and virtual. In this role, you will mentor, guide, and facilitate learning to help participants build practical skills and access meaningful employment opportunities.
This government-funded initiative is designed to support participants in developing job-ready capabilities, enhancing confidence, improving digital literacy, and strengthening their competitiveness within the local labour market.

🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
đźš— Occasional travel to nearby sites may be required
Requirements of the role:
1. Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services (ideal but not essential)
2. Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
3. Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
4. Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those for whom English is a second language
6. Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Able to promote our clients to potential employers
9. Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
10. Ability to follow policies and procedures
11. The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
12. Professional presentation
