Practice Nurse with training in Asthma and COPD
We are a busy and well-organised practice serving around 13,000 patients, supported by a multidisciplinary team including: GPs Nurse Practitioners Practice Nurses Clinical Pharmacists Physician Associate Care Co-ordinator Social Prescriber We also benefit from an on-site dispensary and a community pharmacy that is open 7 days a week, enabling us to provide streamlined care for our patients.
