Key Responsibilities
The Hospitality Host is a key member of the club house team with the following key responsibilities:
* To provide excellent hospitality to all guests
* Maintain a positive customer focused service and attitude.
* Develop product knowledge to offer a truly memorial guest experience through a professional, friendly and courteous service.
* Engage with all guests as a hospitality host including a professional and friendly meet and greet when entering the club house.
* Be an active member of our events team
* Maintain the highest standards of customer service whilst maintain the GetGolfing Ethos at all times.
* Carry out daily clubhouse operations processing customer orders and event service,
* Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets.
* Enjoy working within the club house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members and visitors.

* Genuine desire to deliver amazing hospitality and passionate towards making people happy.
* Ability to work well within a team environment and take own initiative.
* Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
* Available to work a rotation of peak shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Someone with a Can-do attitude.
