We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team.
From weddings and private events to busy weekends with regular guests, every day brings something new — and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
* What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the kitchen team in a busy service when the Head Chef is away
* Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Overseeing food quality, prep, presentation, and ensuring spec standards are met
* Helping to manage stock, ordering, GPs and kitchen administration using our Procure Wizard system
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Supporting and developing junior chefs through training and coaching
* What we’re looking for:
* A confident, organised chef with experience at Sous level or a strong CDP ready to step up
* Leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure
* A genuine passion for fresh food and consistent quality
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
