Candidate Requirements
* 2:1 minimum degree in Art, Fine Art, Graphic Design or a related subject

* Resilient, professional and able to manage challenging behaviour positively
* Strong communication skills and a calm approach in the classroom
* Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
