to join our vibrant Brasserie team, delivering exceptional guest experiences
every day. Our Brasserie is celebrated for its contemporary cuisine, inviting
atmosphere and outstanding service - the perfect setting for someone passionate
about hospitality.
Your Role in Our Family:
* Greet
and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable
first impression.
* Manage
reservations and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and efficient
dining experience
* Escort
guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with any initial
requests.
* Handle
incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assisting
with reservations.
* Maintain
a tidy and organised host station at all times.
* Monitor
the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any
special requests or concerns.
* Work
closely with the waitstaff and management team to support seamless service
and communication.
* Uphold
the highest standards of hospitality, service, and guest care.
* Oversee
guest flow to maximise seating efficiency while maintaining an exceptional
guest experience.
* Ensure
compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
What Would Make You the Perfect Fit?
* Over two years of experience in five-star hotel restaurants
or similar environment, delivering exceptional service in luxury hospitality
settings.
* Proven supervisory experience, leading teams, managing daily
operations, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Proficient with Micros systems, or quick to adapt to new
technology for efficient restaurant management.
* Outstanding customer service skills, consistently exceeding
guest expectations and creating memorable experiences.
* Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work weekends,
evenings, and peak periods.
* Loyal, trustworthy, and committed, bringing a positive,
responsible, and passionate approach to every role.
