What You Can Expect
Achieve sales and distribution objectives by executing brand-building activities, meeting sales targets, and educating On-Trade customers. Ensure optimal market positioning for Brown-Forman brands while working closely with the Area Sales Manager.
* Drive Sales and Distribution: Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution within the assigned On-Trade territory.
* Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
* Execute Brand Building Activities: Implement promotional activities, product education programs, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
* Monitor and Report: Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends, providing timely reports and insights.
* Collaborate: Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and merchandisers) to execute sales strategies and achieve shared goals.
What You Bring to the Table
* 1 year experience as an On-Trade Specialist or other relevant role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
