Our Client is a European leader in the manufacure of products that fall within the renewable energy / climate solutions sector which are installed in new build residential properties throughout Europe. They now need to identify a manufacuring / production Engineer with the following key responsibilities: * Work closely with the Design and Development team to introduce new products into manufacturing, including process design, equipment selection, and pilot production runs. * Design and improve assembly processes, workflows, and workstation layouts to optimize efficiency. * Analyse production data and implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and downtime. * Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in the assembly line and implement corrective actions. * Ensure all operations comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Collaborate with the quality and maintenance teams to support preventive maintenance and quality assurance activities. * Train and support line operators and technicians on new processes, tools, or equipment. * Participate in new product introductions by setting up and validating new assembly processes. * Maintain documentation for work instructions, SOPs, and process control plans. Requirements: * 2–5 years of experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably in manufacturing. * Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in collaboration with R&D or Product Design teams. * Solid understanding of assembly processes, production flow, and industrial equipment. * Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. * Proficiency in using CAD tools, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
