HR Business Partner – Homebased/Hybrid – up to £50,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation within the financial services sector. This role will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support, helping drive business performance, employee engagement, and organisational development.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior leaders and managers
Manage employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievance, and capability
Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Contribute to organisational change initiatives including restructures and TUPE processes
Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning
Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment law
Analyse HR data and produce reports to support decision making
Required Skills & Experience:
CIPD Level 5 or above
Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Experience managing employee relations cases
Experience supporting organisational change or TUPE processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
