Job Description: IT Operations Administrator
Responsible to: IT Operations BAU Team Leader, IT Operations Manager
Location: Bury
Hours: 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00 (40 hours)
Role Overview:
Reporting to the IT Ops BAU Team Leader, the Administrator provides administrative support to the BAU and wider Ops teams, including assisting the IT Ops Staging, NSO, and NSR Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the IT Ops unowned queue and direct tickets to appropriate queues & teams.
* Handle own tickets, including store requests, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate deliveries and collections via couriers and internal methods.
* Record and distribute deliveries for the IT Ops Teams.
* Generate reports on key IT Ops statistics.
* Arrange and book travel options that meet schedules and minimize costs.
* Procure goods and services, obtaining quotes as needed.
* Manage the department email inbox and maintain records.
* Provide admin support for NSO & NSR Teams, including bulk shipping and tracker management.

* Experience in retail environments.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience with shipping across the EU.
* Experience with IT ticketing systems.
* Experience with travel booking and procurement processes.
