Responsibilities
* Collaborate with children, young people, families, schools and agencies to support their needs.
* Travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner to carry out essential duties.
* Be based in the office at least one day per week as part of a hybrid working arrangement and attend meetings as required.
* Put children, young people and their families at the heart of your practice and demonstrate drive and dedication in every interaction.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Health, Education, or Social Care subject.
* Significant experience of working with children/young people in a health, education or social care setting.
* Ability and aptitude to work in close partnership with children, young people, families, schools and agencies.
* Extensive working knowledge of relevant SEND legislation.
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with drive and initiative.
* Fluency in spoken English to converse with customers and provide accurate advice, in accordance with the Fluency Duty (Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
* Valid, full driving licence required due to travel across a wide geographical area.
