Meridian Business Support, Education division are working with a SEND school based in Nottingham. They require an experienced, professional, enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with their pupils.
Role: Primary Teacher
Location: Nottingham
Start: Tuesday 11th March 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm (term time only + inset days)
Salary: £130 - £150 per day
Term: Temporary until Easter 2025
This job is an excellent opportunity for a primary teacher to help shape the growth and development of a new provision and enrich the lives of our partnering school pupils. This role will give you the chance to further develop your skills as a class teacher whilst giving you the opportunity to work in the most rewarding sector of education.

Role Responsibilities
* Teaching inclusive classes, to 6 pupils with the assistance of 2 teaching assistants.
* Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and a range of diagnoses which may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Attachment needs, and mild/moderate learning needs.
Ideal candidates will have
* Qualified teacher status
* A teaching qualification gained in the UK
* Experience teaching Primary or children within a SEND school setting
* Knowledge teaching children with SEMH, ASD, and other additional learning needs
* A DBS on the update service
* Able to start on 11th March 2025
* Right to work in the UK
