What You’ll Do as a Nursery Manager
* Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery team to deliver outstanding care.
* Elevate our nursery’s standards and practices through effective leadership.
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Your Ideal Background
* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
* At least 2 years in nursery experience, ideally progressing through various roles
* In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
