Professional Care Assistant

From £12.80 per hour onward dependant on experience and shifts

This role involves providing care and support to clients with spinal injuries, complex care needs, and related conditions. The position focuses on direct client care within our own client base, with no agency assignments.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and support to brain, spinal injury and complex care clients in their homes or community settings.
* Follow care plans and report changes in client conditions to the supervisory team.
* Attend training sessions and participate in shadow shifts as required.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and dignity in all interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in care is preferred.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with appropriate business insurance is required.
* Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks will be undertaken in line with Government guidelines and safer recruitment practices.
* We are unable to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates; applicants must have right to work in the UK.
* Overseas police check may be required if you have lived outside the UK for an extended period.
