Associate Outplacement Consultants

As an Outplacement Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to individuals undergoing career transitions. You will work closely with clients to help them identify their strengths, develop job search strategies and secure new employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct personalised career coaching sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career goals
* Develop and implement tailored job search strategies, including CV writing, interview preparation and networking techniques
* Facilitate workshops and webinars on various career transition topics.
* Provide clients with access to job search resources and tools
* Offer emotional support and motivation to clients throughout their transition process
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market developments
Experience and Qualifications
* At least 5 years’ experience in designing and delivering 1-1 and group outplacement services
* Post graduate levels qualifications in Human Resources, Career Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in career coaching, outplacement services, or a related field
* Strong understanding of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy and the ability to provide emotional support to clients
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
* Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and job search platforms
