Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the culinary team in the daily preparation and production of dishes, including starters, mains, and desserts.
* Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety to guarantee the utmost quality and freshness.
* Contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen, helping with tasks such as ingredient preparation, plating, and garnishing.
* Follow recipes and guidance from senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and presentation in all dishes.
* Show eagerness to learn and develop new culinary techniques and skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
* Passion for cooking and a strong desire to develop culinary skills and knowledge.
* Good understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork skills, with a willingness to take direction from senior chefs.
* Culinary training or certifications are a plus.
