Provide personalized personal care support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence management Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records of care provided Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, accommodating dietary requirements and preferences Support clients with household tasks such as cleaning, ironing, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment Offer meaningful companionship and engage clients in activities both within their homes and in the local community Assist clients with attending appointments, social clubs, outings, and community events Maintain detailed and organized records of care activities and client information with strict confidentiality Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated and person-centered support Identify and respond promptly to any changes in client health or well-being, reporting concerns to supervisors Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting to individual client needs and preferences Uphold health and safety standards and follow all organizational policies and procedures
