In this TA role, you'll play a vital role in supporting classroom learning, helping students reach their full potential in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Teaching Assistant (TA) Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students of varying abilities. Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons. Support behaviour management and promote positive pupil engagement. Help maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Monitor and report on student progress and development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support individual learning needs. Teaching Assistant Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or similar. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistance or Childcare is advantageous. University students or graduates in Education, Psychology, or related fields are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting learners. A valid enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one.
