About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations across multiple sites in the UK and the Netherlands.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across three warehouse locations. You will work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to ensure operational excellence, strong health & safety standards, and high levels of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
1. Work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day logistics operations
2. Oversee warehouse processes and procedures across UK and Netherlands sites
3. Provide operational support across departments where required
4. Act as operational lead during peak demand or periods of absence
5. Drive consistency in standards, best practices, and team performance
Performance & Continuous Improvement
6. Monitor performance against KPIs and agreed targets
7. Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
8. Review and enhance warehouse processes and workflows
9. Lead reporting and target-setting across all locations
10. Embed a strong continuous improvement culture
Health, Safety & Compliance
11. Take ownership of health & safety compliance across all sites
12. Ensure policies and safe working practices are consistently applied
13. Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Reporting & Data
14. Maintain accurate operational reporting
15. Analyse data to support strategic decision-making
16. Provide regular performance updates to senior management
Travel & International Exposure
This role offers the opportunity to work across international operations, with travel to the Netherlands approximately once per month (around five working days).
This provides valuable exposure to multi-site logistics management, international collaboration, and broader operational oversight — ideal for someone looking to expand their leadership experience within a growing business.
About You
17. Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations management
18. Experience overseeing multi-site operations
19. Strong leadership and people management skills
20. Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety regulations
21. Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving ability
22. Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
23. Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
