Digital Marketing Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
* Develop engaging digital content and customer engagement strategies on social media, email and paid media
· Manage the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
· Track and analyse website traffic flow and drive traffic to company pages.
· Provide accurate reports and analysis to company management on digital campaigns to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
· Communicate with affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
· Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
· Implement SEO and PPC strategies.
· Set up and use Google Analytics, Google Adwords and other relevant sites.
· Own social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
· Manage company and industry blogs and manage e-communications.
· Manage paid media - including liaising with digital advertising agencies.
· Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.
· Negotiate with media suppliers.
· Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
· Keep up to date with current digital trends.
· Leverage new content generation frameworks to efficiently produce marketing copy, visuals, and campaign assets across web and social channels.
· Build and maintain prompt templates that align with house style and disclosure requirements in Canada and the EU.
· Use modern site-builders or modular platforms to create and update the company website in-house, reducing reliance on external developers.
· Stay informed on how recent advancements have changed best practices in SEO, including structure, indexing, and prompt-aligned content generation.
· Ensure that all published content meets jurisdictional compliance requirements, including maintaining a log and register of marketing communications for regulatory reporting purposes.
· Monitor developments in next-generation marketing tooling and proactively identify opportunities to improve company-wide efficiency through better use of such tools.
Qualifications
Essential:
·
3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
·
Demonstrated ability to work with next-generation content and productivity tools beyond surface-level use - including structured prompt writing, iterative refinement, and integration into marketing workflows. Candidates should understand how to extract depth, efficiency, and scale from such tools, not just treat them as search engines.
· Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
·
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred experience:

Experience as a marketing manager in the crypto space
·
Knowledge of regulations and compliance governing financial services and publicly traded companies
