We're looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Auditor to join our client's internal audit and advisory team. This role focuses on conducting operational IT audits — assessing the effectiveness of technology-enabled business processes, controls, and systems that support operational excellence. You will work across departments to provide independent, objective insights that drive process improvement, risk reduction, and control enhancement.

The audit team is a friendly, tight-knit, collaborative function that acts as a trusted partner and advisor to the business.
In this role you will:
* Plan and deliver risk-based IT and operational audits, focusing on key systems, applications, and technology processes.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand end-to-end operational processes, technology dependencies, and associated risks.
* Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to management, offering insight and support for remediation.
* Keep abreast of emerging technologies, cyber risks, and regulatory developments relevant to IT operations.
The team works from its Hertfordshire office three days per week. A generous salary and benefits package is available for the successful candidate.
Requirements include:
* At least four years' IT Audit experience
* Experience delivering external and internal audits
* The ability to deliver end-to-end audits
* A creative, entrepreneurial approach to audits
