Job description:
Key responsibilities:
* To perform general administrative duties in support of production and operational activities.
Specific responsibilities:
* To create Assembly Orders and print out bill of material (BOM's) and labels for production.
* Working with transport manager to schedule production efficiently.
* Run regular planning requisition for feed material / additive purchases.
* Book in goods received against purchase orders on Business Central.
* Posting Assembly Orders on Business Central.
* Manage the sampling schedule and ensure it is adhered to
* To provide cover for customer services operator taking customer orders
* Assist the QHSE manager with the management of material safety data sheets and other general administrative tasks.
* To recognise the importance of quality procedures and be fully aware of the company's quality management systems.
* To be fully conversant with and to ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policy.
Skill Level:
* Proactive attitude to work.
* Confident in computer ability including excel.
* Ability to follow instruction both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications are required as all training will be given but must have a good level of English and Maths.
